Roommate, a student, for a room of 12m ^ 2 in a 3-room apartment of 121m ^ 2 is wanted! I am looking for one to settle the extra room in my new apartment, located at Sjællandsgade 94, 1, 9000. The rent is at 3850, - including water, heating and internet. Gender is irrelevant. The lease has the following facilities: - Dishwasher - Washing machine - Storage room + drying room - Backyard with cozy little garden I am 25 and read in the 1st semester on my master's degree as a mechanical engineer. I spend most of my time at my studio but can drink a beer or two every now and then. What I am looking for: I am looking for a person who is first and foremost a student so there is the possibility of getting housing subsidies (800, - according to the previous tenant). In addition, I am looking for someone who is socially minded but can also respect a closed door and someone who cleans up after themselves. I am looking for a community where we are independent of each other besides the monthly bills and various necessities for the apartment but can still enjoy some good food every now and then.
